PVHardware is seeking a highly skilled USA Marketing Director to play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in America by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.


PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry


Requirements:

  • Degree in public relations, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field, preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications.
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social media.
  • Experience with organizing local and regional events, preferred.
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments.
  • Experience with marketing tools and software.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Ensures the proposal team achieves key deliverables for quality, pursuit tracking, content development, and sharing of best practices.
  • Exceptional understanding of our industry competitor offerings and our unique position relative to our competition.
  • Excellent networking skills and strategically connects with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Has leadership role in outside organizations.


Responsibilities:

  • Creates and manages strategic marketing, communications, and proposals plans and ensures they are measurable.
  • Responsible for the annual country specific integrated marketing and communications plan.
  • Evaluates effectiveness and identifies and manages risks and opportunities of projects.
  • Leads implementation, evaluation, and measurement of district marketing initiatives.
  • Works alongside the Global Director of Marketing and Communications to develop PVHs marketing, communications and proposals strategy.
  • Leads market, marketing, communications, proposals/pursuit research.
  • Investigate new markets and assesses viable opportunities for PVH.
  • Provides exceptional editing and proofreading services. Reviews content for sensitivities.
  • Coaches and leads a team of collaborative marketing, communications, and proposals professionals who develop and execute the district marketing strategy.
  • Uses vision and expertise to create impactful and influential written copy that integrates the PVH brand for external and internal audiences.
  • Uses superior understanding of external demographics to develop and maintain strong customer focus.
  • Oversees country marketing and website content-management strategy, and researches and recommends emerging and innovative marketing solutions to meet country needs
  • Oversees and approves a social media strategy to support district objectives and potential risk mitigation. Provides direction for solutions where PVH’s reputation is at risk.
  • Oversees the planning and execution of unique and engaging district-wide events and facilitates buy-in at the executive level to ensure successful completion.
  • Oversees and approves the creative content and production quality of marketing and communication materials are in line with the company’s values, policies, corporate objectives, corporate identity, and branding principles.
  • Evaluates, selects, and manages external vendors and partners and related budgets when required.
  • Provides strategic counsel and oversight to the district on proposal management and win strategies.
  • Translates complex executive strategies and industry knowledge into meaningful and accessible information. Promotes understanding and influence within the district.
  • Develops and reviews executive-level reporting and recommendations on current marketing standings and future projections.
  • Builds and supports a culture that values the solution provider and profitability philosophy.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to build PCL’s brand internally and externally.
  • Supports a culture that encourages an ownership mentality.
  • Other duties as required.


Regular Interlocutors:

  • Collaborate closely with the U.S. Sales Department, Global Marketing team, and Global Product team.
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as agencies and suppliers.
