Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and procedures.
  • Implement physician orders accurately, ensure precise documentation, and safely administer medications.
  • Collaborate with RNs on resident assessments and oversee NACs/CNAs during your shift.
  • Manage clinical admission paperwork, assist with emergency procedures, and oversee clinical discharge processes.
*Additional Duties
  • Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit strong teamwork skills in all tasks.
  • Assist with shift transitions to ensure smooth and safe handovers, meeting resident needs effectively.
