Human Resources Administrator

The Woodlands, United States Compunnel Inc. Full time

This position will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and errors within the invoicing process. They must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Duties:

  • Work within JDE to enter invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Occasionally assist recruiting team by screening resumes and applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the job opening.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring teams, providing timely and accurate information and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.


Qualification:

  • You are data-savvy and have strong MS Office skills.
  • You have experience managing an invoice process and working within JDE to complete those tasks.
  • Proven experience as a recruiting administrator, HR administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience scheduling interviews.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes is highly desired.
