Human Resources Administrator

This position will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and errors within the invoicing process. They must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Duties:
- Work within JDE to enter invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Occasionally assist recruiting team by screening resumes and applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the job opening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and complete records in our applicant tracking system.
- Act as a point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring teams, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
Qualification:
- You are data-savvy and have strong MS Office skills.
- You have experience managing an invoice process and working within JDE to complete those tasks.
- Proven experience as a recruiting administrator, HR administrator, or similar role.
- Experience scheduling interviews.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes is highly desired.
