Project Management Office (PMO) Internship - Gain hands-on experience while working on meaningful projects

CAPITAL Services is offering a full-time paid Project Management Office (PMO) Internship. During this internship, you will be able to apply your education and skills while gaining real-world Project Management experience. This internship starts in May 2025, will run for a 12-week period, and is located in our Sioux Falls, SD office.

You will have the opportunity to work under the direction of our Project Management Office Director, as well as other Project Management professionals with a variety of different project management skill sets (including waterfall methodology and agile methodology). Our PMO Intern will work on strategic projects for the department and learn about/assist in day-to-day functions covering:
  • Write User Stories and Requirements
  • Research and analyze the needs of our business units
  • Participate in scrum events including Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Work on special projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or another Technology related field
