Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating accurate estimates and managing custom sign and graphics projects, ensuring timely installation for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and clients seamlessly.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and estimating projects valued at $5,000+
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Resourceful and reliable with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Preferred experience in site surveys and permitting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Growth mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in G-Suite; experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi, and CoreBridge is a plus


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with timely and precise project estimates
  • Consult with clients to assess their signage needs and propose solutions
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, the Project Management Team, and other departments regarding project timelines and potential conflicts
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors; manage purchase orders as necessary
  • Support the Sales Team with incoming estimates and ongoing project management
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all Signs First products and services


Experience Required

  • 3+ years in project management, estimating, or customer service (required)
  • 3+ years in the sign and graphics industry (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
