SUMMARY
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and overseeing staff.
- HR responsibilities including recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Accounting responsibilities such as accounts payable and general bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, managing correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Managing insurance audit
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Management of property/facilities
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of office/business management experience
- Must have accounting experience utilizing QuickBooks
- Small business experience preferred
