SUMMARY

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and overseeing staff.
  • HR responsibilities including recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Accounting responsibilities such as accounts payable and general bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, managing correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Managing insurance audit
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Management of property/facilities
  • Other duties as required


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of office/business management experience
  • Must have accounting experience utilizing QuickBooks
  • Small business experience preferred
