Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate at Psyche Registry Services located in Woodland Hills, CA. As an Office Associate, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, organizing and maintaining documents, and scheduling appointments for patients with mental and cognitive issues and/or physical injuries that require treatment services. Also, assisting with general office duties. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office and provide support to staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Adaptability and Flexibility: Works well in changing environments
- Strong Team & Unity builder; Collaborative and brainstorming team builder
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably legal assistant experience or paralegal experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Computers, and Tech Savy.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Above a 12-year education or preferably a bachelor's degree
