Bank. We lend in 47 states First Community Mortgage does not lend in NY, HI and AK


FCM is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Loan Originators. While the hiring manager will provide a complete description of the position during the interview process, here's a glimpse of what you can expect:


Key Responsibilities:


• Facilitating Mortgage Applications: You'll be responsible for efficiently completing residential mortgage loan applications and guiding clients through the process with expertise and professionalism.

• Tailoring Solutions: From arranging credit transactions to assisting clients in identifying the right mortgage products, you'll play a crucial role in meeting clients' unique financial needs.

• Outreach and Communication: Promoting our loan origination services to the public, you'll be a key ambassador for First Community Mortgage, communicating with integrity and enthusiasm.

• Continuous Learning and Technological Proficiency: Keeping up with industry requirements, you'll stay ahead by completing all internal continuing education courses and mastering technology tools essential to the role.

• Representing Our Values: As a representative of FCM, you'll embody our values with every interaction, ensuring a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

• Delivering Exceptional Service: Providing superior customer service is at the heart of what we do. You'll have the opportunity to showcase our culture and commitment to excellence in every interaction.

• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Upholding internal and regulatory compliance guidelines, you'll ensure that all policies and procedures are followed diligently.
