What you will be doing...

  • Team Leadership & Scheduling: Manage and coordinate the schedules of the Connect Team members, ensuring optimal coverage at all events and activations.
  • Event Management: Oversee and manage events, including pop-ups at dispensaries, event activation, and in-person efforts to support the Greenlight brand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Wholesale teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategies for each event and activation.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead efforts to connect with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable brand experience.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel and accommodations for the team, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports to senior management on event outcomes, customer feedback, and team performance.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Utilize social media to promote events and engage with customers online. Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality images at events for use in social media and marketing materials.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and mission of our dispensary group.

  • Experience planning and executing marketing events [for an organization].
  • At least two (2) years of experience wrangling social media platforms [for an organization], across multiple locations preferred.
  • Experience using Canva to create content; experience with Adobe preferred... experience with ContentStudio even better
