About Our Client: Our client is a healthcare facility in Chicago, IL, seeking a dedicated Second/Third Shift Supervisor to oversee their registration department. This role involves making rounds, checking productivity, participating in the interview process for new staff, handling some disciplinary actions, and occasionally stepping in to assist with registration when the team is short-staffed.


Job Description: The Second/Third Shift Supervisor for the Registration Department will oversee a team of 4-5 employees. This role involves monitoring team productivity, making regular rounds, participating in the interview process for new staff members, handling disciplinary actions, and assisting with registration duties when the team is short-staffed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team productivity and make regular rounds
  • Participate in the interview process for new staff members
  • Handle disciplinary actions as needed
  • Assist with registration duties when the team is short-staffed
  • Ensure compliance with registration processes and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to team members


Qualifications:

  • Strong registration background
  • Team lead or supervisor experience preferred, but 10+ years of registration experience is acceptable
  • Experience with EPIC is a significant plus
  • Flexibility with schedule changes and willingness to work different shifts when needed

  • Hours: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (flexible with days off)
