Ready Credit was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota on the premise that all businesses can benefit from getting rid of cash but only if they could still support their cash-only customers.





We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team

  • We are a small and mighty company that is continuing to grow.
  • You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic fintech industry.
  • In this role you will have responsibility for specifying design, requirements, and delivery for assigned product line[s] in support of business goals and customer needs.


Key Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years professional experience preferably in a technology organization
  • 2-5 years direct experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner having managed most aspects of the product development lifecycle
  • Familiar with agile development methodologies and JIRA suite of tools (or similar)
  • Effective communication and coordination capabilities
  • Strong ability in conveying complex ideas to varied audiences
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in product design, development, and delivery
  • Intellectual curiosity: They seek to understand the problem space and the why; comfort with ambiguity.
  • Well organized, able to effectively prioritize, identify next steps, and execute against a plan
  • Action-oriented: open to trying new things, navigating roadblocks, and moving teams and products forward
  • Customer focused with a passion for building product


Position Responsibilities:

  • You will manage product life-cycle through various stages such as design, development and production.
  • Drive product roadmap development and communication incorporating strategic and market sourced requirements
  • Drive understanding of personas, customer journey and corresponding asset mapping for demand and conversion
  • Drive and facilitate requirements process, prioritization
  • Provide consultative support in understanding tradeoffs and developing consensus with an eye for the customer
  • Internal Stakeholder and customer facing product evangelism
  • Monitor development against scope requirements
