About Our Client:

Our client is a busy and reputable orthopedic practice. They are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team in providing excellent patient care and administrative support in a high-volume clinic environment.


Job Description:

The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, handling co-pays, and performing various administrative duties. This role requires experience in a fast-paced clinic setting and the ability to support multiple providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient registration, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Handle patient scheduling and insurance verifications.
  • Balance calls and take co-pays.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Medical Receptionist experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
  • Experience in a busy clinic environment.
  • Ortho or PT (Physical Therapy) experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
