Responsibilities:
" Ability to juggle multiple high priority projects
" Experience supporting a team for their administrative needs.
" Google Workspace skills (GMail, Contacts, Calendar, Docs, Drive, ect) & Microsoft Office Suite skills.
" Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
" Excellent verbal & written skills/Time Management/Problem-Solving
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):List at least top 3 required skills (Quick-hit descriptions of functions expected of the worker, etc.) and years of experience or range for each outlined required skill.
- Can efficiently work multiple projects at once; does not get overwhelmed w/ volume
- Has computer skills and can identify ways to make process improvements
- Team player with interpersonal skills, who has a positive attitude
