What You'll Do:

  • Lead and participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable software solutions.
  • Design and implement complex systems, ensuring they are secure, optimized, and aligned with architectural standards.
  • Mentor junior developers, share your knowledge, and guide the team towards technical excellence.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and recommending the latest development tools and technologies.


What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • Experience: A seasoned developer with 7+ years of experience in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and application architecture. Bonus points for expertise in Azure, Xamarin, or QuickBooks SDK.
  • Problem Solver: Someone who excels in diagnosing issues, troubleshooting existing applications, and recommending enhancements.
  • Mentor & Leader: A proven track record of leading successful projects and mentoring fellow developers in process and technology.
  • Agile Mindset: Experience working within a Scrum or Agile development environment, and a passion for continuous improvement.
