*The ability to assist in leading discussions with business stakeholders to come up with creative solutions


*Some background with complex systems and knowledge of how applications are integrated


*Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills


*Some manufacturing industry experience is preferred but is not required


*All candidates must currently reside in the Chicagoland area


This role located in the W suburbs of Chicago and is mostly onsite (4 out of 5 days).
