The System Administrator will support the IT Manager by providing IT systems support and resolving issues within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficiency, stability, and security of cloud-based applications, core server systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor system health and address unusual activity.
  • Manage user accounts and assist with new feature launches and group policy maintenance.
  • Support and train users, maintain system images, and configure/deploy new computers.
  • Assist remote users with mobile device management.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager and other staff to resolve issues and improve systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT hardware/software.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft Support Engineer, ITIL v4, and CompTIA certifications.

Physical/Mental Demands:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to schedule variations.
