Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at Providence Medical Group - Alaska in Anchorage. As a Pediatric Endocrinologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing hormonal disorders related to the growth and development of adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat hormonal disorders related to dietary needs, such as diabetes and obesity
  • Provide consultation in developing clinic policies, protocols, forms, reports, and records
  • Analyze records, reports, and examination information to monitor patients' condition, progress, and treatment
  • Collect and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and exam results
  • Provide on-call services as necessary
  • Identify serious or specialized illnesses or injuries and refer patients to the necessary specialist
  • Maintain successful working relationships with nurses and other medical facility staff
  • Participate in occasional and reasonable amounts of teaching and educational activities
