BDC Service Agent – Crossroads Chevrolet (Beckley, WV) Location: Beckley, WV Department: Service Department Position Type: Full-Time About Us: Crossroads Chevrolet is a trusted name in southern West Virginia for quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Service Agent to join our growing Service Department team. If you’re a people person who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer service appointments. Confirm and coordinate service appointments for maintenance, repairs, and warranty/recall work. Follow up with customers currently in service or recently serviced to ensure satisfaction and encourage positive Chevrolet survey and review participation. Communicate recall information and proactively reach out to customers to schedule necessary repairs. Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details in the dealership management system. Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent customer experiences. Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer interactions that reflect the Crossroads Chevrolet standard. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM/DMS software (training provided). Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a positive and professional manner. Previous call center, dealership, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
