Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of tasks and ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Manage scheduling and calendar for team members
- Assist in data entry and database management
- Handle client interactions and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Coordinate mailings and document scanning
- Support vendor management and compliance tasks
- Utilize MS Office applications to create reports and presentations
- Assist in payroll processing and marketing initiatives
- Ensure a high level of customer service and attention to detail in all tasks
- Proven experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in client interaction and customer service
