Quant Recruiter

  • Salary: $70k-$90k base + 50% commission
  • Location: Remote (option to visit Haworth, NJ office)

As the Quant Recruiter, you will have full ownership over your processes, working directly with a supportive team. You will be instrumental in communicating with high-profile clients in the Quant space, helping place top talent into prestigious positions. While there is no need to focus on Business Development (BD) unless you choose to, you’ll be handed key roles to fill right away, with an opportunity to work closely with one of the firm’s senior leaders.


The Quant Recruiter will:

  • Take ownership of the Quant recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Work closely with The Founder to identify and place top talent in quant-related roles.
  • Benefit from exclusive relationships with high-level clients, minimizing competition.
  • Collaborate remotely with a close-knit, non-KPI-driven team that values autonomy.
  • Have access to a personal budget, giving you the freedom to build and grow relationships.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Quantitative Finance or Quant recruitment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal need for oversight or hand-holding.
  • Experience in executive search or recruitment for trading, buy-side, or hedge funds is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations.
  • Understanding of high-frequency trading or hedge fund roles is a bonus.
