Total Rewards ManagerThe Total Rewards Manager will be part of our Global Compensation function in the Rewards, Performance, and Careers team. This highly visible role will assist in the ideation and delivery of compensation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:Design and develop total reward policies, programs, and initiatives aligned to business goals.Develop market relevant salary structures using insights from market data and other real-time sources.Provide compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise leadership on best practices for total rewards and talent retention.Lead benchmarking projects and interpretation of large quantities of market data, using functional rewards knowledge to develop pay strategies that meet competitiveness and affordability objectives.Manage a team of 1-2 individuals in day-to-day compensation processes.Leverage data to ensure compensation structures and bonus programs are competitive and aligned with the company's long-term objectives.Lead the adoption of real-time vendor data platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making.Find innovative solutions in line with changing market conditions and trends, including research on pay transparency and other legal requirements.Drive resolution of compensation issues and independently make recommendations for pay solutions.Analyze employee compensation data and market surveys and research industry trends to evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing rewards programs.Job requirements include:Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, including experience with salary structures, benchmarking, and or market data analysis.Experience in Global Compensation plans preferred.Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills required, with the ability to work well with others and handle highly confidential data.Proficient in both written and oral English.Ability to quickly learn new applications/tools and processes.Experience in data fluency and reporting is essential.Passion for sharing innovative ideas for tools and processes.Strong organization and time management skills.Ability to navigate tight timelines and critical deliverables.Ability to adapt quickly and work at a dynamic pace.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
