Pay Range: $90 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Our large financial client is looking for ServiceNow BA who can review catalogues, has strong service request functionality experience.
  • Someone who can manage Incident, Issue related reviews, communicate with stakeholders and Developers.
  • Resources must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with business process owners to gather their business requirements and design and/or update the existing Client solution design to meet the business requirements.
  • This may require the creation of flow diagrams or integration solutions to demonstrate a complete understanding of their business requirements.
  • The Client business analyst must be able to document the design using Client components so that Client developer can complete the development and testing of the solution.
  • Most of the analysis will require reviewing of the existing functionality already built within Client and provide alternative solution to incorporate.
  • Client Change management into Service Request Management functionality.
  • The resource will also need to take new Operational transformation requirements for Incident and Problem management and provide updated design for these requirements into Client.
  • Resource may also be required to create user acceptance test cases for execution by technical and business users to meet the business and solution requirements.
  • Resource will be required to oversee all design and manage developer resources to ensure their development meets the design and requirements.
  • Resource will be required to schedule and conduct meetings with business process owners, other stakeholders and developers to ensure a good understanding of the requirements and demonstration of new processes within Client.
  • Resource must be able to manage and track the design, development and test cases using Client SAFe and Test Management functionality.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Resource must have at least 5 years of overall Business analyst skills and at least 2 years of Client experience.
  • Resource must have process experience in Client ITSM capabilities.
  • Resources must have experience in Agile software methodology.
  • Client Certified System Administration (CSA)
  • Development experience in Client ITSM functionality
