Responsibilities:

Business Development [GENBDR] / SERVICENOW DEVELOPER - The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions for integrating security operations, configuration management, and vulnerability management processes into the ServiceNow platform.

  • Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications: Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Utilize GlideAjax: Implement and optimize GlideAjax for seamless client-side interactions, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing without compromising performance.
  • Create and Manage Business Rules: Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate processes and enhance user experience.
  • Integrate with External Systems: Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools.
  • Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, GlideAjax scripts, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
