ABOUT THE POSITIONS:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the digital marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, implementing co-op campaigns, analyzing marketing data, and supporting website SEO optimizations and enforcing best practices in product listings and overall web content. The ideal candidate is analytical, research and data driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing.


This is an onsite position Monday through Friday, located in Menlo Park, CA.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social ads, social media, and search engines.
  • Manage marketing campaign set-up, optimization, and ongoing maintenance
  • Responsible for maintaining daily SEO optimization / best practice implementation, auditing products, monitoring and resolving web page 404s, etc.
  • Database support, lead management / ongoing maintenance.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging technical trends, platforms, and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, social, and Google Adwords, and identify growth opportunities with new and underutilized platforms.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and generating reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management and design team to implement promotional materials and content in marketing deliverables.
  • Supports marketing team with topline copyedit of marketing materials and web copy before publication or submission.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, actively managing digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, audiences, analytics, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, Adwords, FB Business Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill set.
  • Experience with e-commerce and content management systems (e.g., Shopify) and plug-ins
  • Experience navigating and managing CRM systems such as Zoho, Filemaker, etc. - and ability to analyze data and generate reports on demand
  • Familiarity with presentation tools a plus - Canva, etc.
  • Solid grasp of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Experience navigating file management tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
