Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will provide leadership in establishing manufacturing standards that support continuous improvement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to the manufacturing strategy, lead improvement initiatives, manage project proposals, and oversee capital equipment purchases. This position also involves mentoring and training teams to sustain standard manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production processes to establish efficient workflows.
  • Review schedules, methods, and materials to support management decision-making.
  • Develop labor utilization standards and optimize production space requirements.
  • Assist with facility planning to improve efficiency and document process flows.
  • Recommend machinery acquisition or disposal in line with production needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve production efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CAD systems and GD&T.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred).
