Role Description

EBIN NEW YORK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of HR & General Affairs to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management and general affairs. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.


Summary of Job Description

Provide strategic directions and implement global HR structure including but not limited to:

  • Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives of EBIN to expedite a number one brand in the cosmetic and beauty industry.


  • Talent Acquisition and Retention P&Ps while overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.


  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.


  • Develop and implement training and programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in areas of leadership development, technical training, mentoring programs, workshops, and career advancement opportunities.


  • Ensure that the organization complies with employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels to minimize legal risks and liabilities.


  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on labor law matters and ensure compliance with local regulations.


  • Manage general affairs activities such as event planning, office administration, facilities management, and vendor relationships, security management, safety & emergency preparedness.


Qualifications

  • Degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8~9 years of experience in HR management & general affairs roles.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English languages.
  • Knowledge of federal and NJ/NY state labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Must work effectively in a multicultural environment and foster diversity and inclusion.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
