Description

- Process and manage daily invoices from various branches, ensuring accuracy and timely forwarding to clients

- Track and document letters of credit transactions, keeping all relevant files and compliance records up to date

- Coordinate closely with reconciliation teams to identify and address any outstanding items in detail

- Maintain ongoing communication with international branches and partner banks, providing regular transaction updates

- Digitally archive completed transactions and support documentation for efficient future reference

- Support and advise clients and corporate teams on technical requirements and best practices related to letters of credit

Profile

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration ETC

- At least 3+ years of experience with Commercial Letters of Credit

- Proficient in financial software and systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes

- Brings strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents and transaction records

- Demonstrates a collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal teams and international contacts to resolve discrepancies
