Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- processing purchase orders in SAP in a timely manner, following up the task closely and ensure close the loop (shipping samples, replacement units, parts, and samples. New account set up, shipment completion). Assist with RMAs, tracking and managing orders. Using company tool (portal..) to make sure the paperwork has been filled out correctly to follow process.
- an array of sales operation tasks (process orders, create credit memo, ship samples and parts, new account set up); Working with internal and external resources, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in fulfilling orders, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing inside sales support, and handling customer in resolving inquiries. Must follow through and close cases in a timely manner. Utilizing SAP and internal system/Portal to generate appropriate documents as directed. Take ownership of customers’ request, inquiries; follow through to customer’s satisfaction
Requirements: Education/Qualification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
Microsoft office tool
Data Analysis experiences
Familiar with EDI, SAP
Minimum college graduated.
Previous sales support experience is preferred.
