About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive Communications Specialist to establish advocate relationships with executives, develop effective communication strategies, and produce engaging materials for internal and external audiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in executive and internal communications, as well as a strong background in writing, research, and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

Establish advocate relationships with executives to provide advisory on strategic agenda and communication methods
Develop compelling communications that engage a broad audience and execute executive communication strategies
Translate the organization's plans into engaging communications to align employees' comprehension and motivation
Produce internal and external materials for executives for various channels and forums
Coordinate event logistics and provide support for meetings and presentations
Research benchmark data and best practices to enhance communication strategies
Produce surveys to measure communication effectiveness and drive results

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or Public Relations
3-5 years of executive and/or internal communication experience

Required Skills:

Excellent writing skills
Research strategy
Corporate communications
Graphic design
Executive communications

Additional Skills:

Proficiency in Office programs, especially PowerPoint
Knowledge of graphic design, photography, and videography (Adobe Creative Suite)
Creative storytelling abilities
Ability to work in a C-level executive environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to work within deadlines
Agility to shift priorities effectively
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team environment

Pay Range:: $35/hr - $45/hr
