Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Garland, TX
Salary: $50-60K DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm (must be available to assist 3rd shift when needed)
Position Overview:
HR Coordinator to join our team in Garland, TX. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing our ADP systems, onboarding new hires, conducting interviews, generating data reports, and working closely with the Plant Director and Core Personnel’s On-Site Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- ADP Systems Management: Ensure accurate and efficient use of ADP systems for payroll, timekeeping, and employee records.
- Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and initial training sessions.
- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles within the company.
- Generating Data Reports: Compile and generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Collaboration with Plant Director: Work directly with the Plant Director to address HR needs, support plant operations, and implement HR strategies.
- Coordination with Core Personnel’s On-Site Representative: Partner with Core Personnel’s On-Site Representative to ensure staffing needs are met and HR practices are consistent and effective.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish & English: Strong proficiency in both languages is essential for effective communication with a diverse workforce.
- Experience in HR Systems: Prior experience managing ADP or similar HR systems.
- Interviewing Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data reports to support HR decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to assist the 3rd shift when needed, ensuring HR support across all shifts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software systems.
