Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will report to the Director of Strategic Initiatives Marketing to develop and implement marketing for the beauty brand.
  • Assist the Marketing & Merchandising Teams with execution of promotional campaigns and events.
  • Execute promotional campaign plans across digital and physical marketing channels.
  • Analyze performance and learnings from to inform future strategies and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal Teams such as Customer Growth Marketing, Analytics, Media, Creative, Merchandising to ensure execution of marketing plans are clear and cohesive.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MA or MBA preferred.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing 360 integrated campaigns with the ability to translate data/insights into marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and are comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization.
