As Senior Associate/Product Manager Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Capabilities, youll own the roadmap for tools and workflows that support campaign intake, planning, approvals, and performance tracking. This role is central to enabling scalable, compliant, and insight-driven marketing operations. Youll help guide the transition to a modern resource management platform and evaluate opportunities to integrate with enterprise workflow systems to support intelligent orchestration. This role supports the day-to-day configuration and optimization of marketing resource management tools and workflows. Youll work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Marketing, Creative, Legal, and ITto ensure campaign planning and approval processes are intuitive, auditable, and aligned with enterprise standards./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliCapability Ownership Roadmap Development/liulliDefine and evolve the product roadmap for MRM capabilities, including campaign intake, prioritization workflows, metadata governance, and performance dashboards/liliLead the transition from legacy systems to a centralized MRM platform, ensuring continuity, user adoption, and operational improvement/liliCollaborate with platform product teams to enable new functionality and integrations (e.g., orchestration, fulfillment, audit tracking)/liliPartner with enterprise teams to assess integration opportunities with workflow automation platforms and guide decision-making around orchestration strategies/li/ulliCross-Functional Product Management/liulliCollaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Creative, Legal, Compliance, and IT to design and optimize end-to-end workflows that support campaign planning, execution, and governance/liliTranslate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions that balance speed, transparency, and risk mitigation/liliFacilitate working sessions and feedback loops to ensure workflows are intuitive, auditable, and aligned with enterprise standards/li/ulliEmbedded Pod Support Cross-Capability Coordination/liulliAct as embedded support in agile pods, advising on workflow feasibility, platform capabilities, and campaign setup/liliPartner with other capability owners (e.g., messaging execution, creative operations, compliance) to ensure seamless campaign delivery/liliSupport integration with orchestration platforms and fulfillment systems to enable end-to-end campaign execution/li/ulliAI Enablement Innovation/liulliCollaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate and operationalize AI/ML models for workflow optimization, predictive approvals, and intelligent routing/liliStay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive planning systems/liliContribute to experimentation and innovation efforts that enhance operational efficiency and campaign readiness/li/ulliImpact/liulliThis role helps Humana deliver high-performing marketing campaigns that are well-planned, compliant, and member-centricsupporting smarter engagement and enterprise marketing strategies./li/ulpUse your skills to make an impact/ppRequired Qualifications/pulliBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Operations, Information Systems, or a related field/lili35 years of experience in marketing operations, product management, or MarTech/lili35 years of experience in Adobe Workfront Administrator/liliDemonstrated success in roadmap development, platform optimization, and capability enablement/liliExperience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model/liliStrong understanding of campaign planning, metadata governance, and compliance workflows/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliExperience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries/liliExperience transitioning between workflow platforms and managing change across business units/liliFamiliarity with workflow automation platforms and integration strategies/liliExposure to AI/ML-driven workflow optimization and predictive approvals/liliExperience with scaled agile frameworks and cross-functional product collaboration/liliBackground in platform governance, experimentation, and capability innovation/liliInterest in emerging technologies such as GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive planning systems/liliFamiliarity with platforms like Aprimo, Adobe Workfront Fusion, or Adobe Experience Manager Assets/liliAdobe Workfront Certifications/li/ulpAdditional Information/pulliVirtual Pre-Screen/liulliAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability.
