This role is ideal for a data-driven innovator who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is passionate about expanding access to graduate education. Youll own the end-to-end strategy for scaling GRE products, from vision to execution, collaborating across teams to enhance performance, elevate the customer experience, and launch new offerings that reflect ETSs commitment to educational excellence./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead Growth Strategy: Own and drive the business strategy for GRE products, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth./liliOptimize Product Experience: Continuously improve product features, user journeys, and customer touchpoints to maximize engagement./liliIdentify New Opportunities: Proactively explore new markets, partnerships, and innovations to extend GREs reach./liliConversion Engagement: Lead site optimization and redesign pricing/packaging to boost conversion and customer value./liliData-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform strategy, measure impact, and iterate on growth initiatives./liliMarketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to revamp email nurture campaigns and improve retention./liliLaunch Excellence: Plan and execute rebrands and new product launches with compelling positioning and go-to-market strategies./liliCross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact initiatives./liliPerformance Tracking: Monitor product metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in a quantitative or STEM field (or equivalent experience)./lili5+ years of experience in product management, growth strategy, or business ownership./liliProven track record of scaling products and driving measurable growth./liliStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills./liliPassion for education and alignment with ETSs values of quality, fairness, integrity, and social responsibility./li/ulpETS is mission driven and action oriented.
