  • Analyze project specifications and blueprints to understand scope and requirements.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and experience to assess materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Submit comprehensive cost estimates and proposals within deadlines.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam software for take-offs and estimating.
