ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, ideally within the luxury sector
In-depth knowledge of local Building Codes to ensure compliance during installations
Ability to assess daily productivity and resolve installation challenges across multiple sites.
Recruitment and training of team members with a focus on skill enhancement and operational effectiveness
Act as the main point of contact with general contractor superintendents throughout the project lifecycle
A degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred
Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous, though extensive experience may offset language requirements.
