DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but may not be limited to the following):

  • Work directly with our clients via telephone or remote session to design, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP
  • Respond to questions and support calls about our phone system, mobile app, and fax system
  • Set up and install our VoIP phone system at new client businesses
  • Effectively resolve issues related to our clients’ hosted and on-premise PBX
  • Work directly with our clients’ IT companies to efficiently resolve network issues
  • Provision phones and call routes for new clients
  • Answer technical questions about our services
  • Listen well to our clients and then exceed their expectations
  • Learn from our technical support team and apply new knowledge every day
  • Be willing to work an occasional on-call rotation when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors degree or Associates degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a Technical support role and 1+ years of experience supporting cloud VoIP and telecommunications platforms. Experience in PBX and Netsapiens is highly preferred.
  • Be able to complete our required VoIP certification courses (coming to the job with technical certifications is even better)
