Fenix Group the company that designed, manufactured and patented the Endospheres® device, based on the innovative Compressive Microvibration® technology system, leader for more than 15 years in the medical / aesthetic sector, is looking for District Sales Manager to expand its commercial network in USA


In Endospheres®/Fenix Group the District Sales Manager has a fundamental role. You will be the brand ambassador of the Company promoting and selling the Endospheres® solutions to practitioners and business owners, as professionals working in the Medical / Aesthetic sector. You will be training and managing your Sales Team to penetrate the market and grow the business in your area of responsibility.


Location: New York, New Jersey


Responsibility:

  • Maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base, prospecting, and building a pipeline for new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Build a productive & efficient Sales Team in the area of competence
  • Develops quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory.
  • Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression, conduct on-site visits, and cold calling.
  • Forecast and submit sales reports.
  • Work closely with the USA team and Director of Branches to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities.
  • Travel primarily within the assigned territory and in the United States for training, tradeshows, and company/team meetings are required.


Qualification required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in aesthetic capital device sales.
  • Deep knowledge of the territory reference aesthetic market
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to manage quota and close complex sales.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
