This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation needs.


Job Responsibilities

Formal Dress:

  • Male Drivers must wear a suit, tie and sunglasses daily.
  • Female Drivers must wear a pant suit and sunglasses daily.

Professional Communication and Demeanor:

  • No profanity, disrespectful language, or otherwise offensive behavior.
  • Must refer to clients as Mr., Ms. or Mrs.
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Employee Transportation:

  • Safely pick up and drop off company employees at designated locations according to the daily schedule.

Client Transportation:

  • Drive clients to and from various destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely service.

Airport Runs:

  • Provide transportation to and from the airport for employees, clients, and other designated passengers.

Vehicle Maintenance Checks:

  • Regularly inspect the fleet vehicles for any maintenance needs, such as oil levels, tire pressure, and brake function.
  • Report any mechanical issues or damages to the fleet manager immediately.

Vehicle Cleaning:

  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean and presentable at all times by regularly washing the exterior and cleaning the interior.
  • Perform daily inspections to remove any trash, dirt, or debris from inside the vehicle.

Fuel Management:

  • Monitor fuel levels and ensure vehicles are refueled as needed to prevent any interruptions in service.

Car Wash Visits:

  • Take vehicles to the car wash as required, ensuring they are always in pristine condition for both employees and clients.

Route Planning:

  • Plan and optimize routes for pick-ups, drop-offs, and other transportation duties to ensure timely and efficient service.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and any maintenance or service performed on the vehicles.

Adherence to Safety Protocols:

  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
  • Stay updated on road conditions and potential hazards to avoid delays or accidents.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, passengers, and the fleet manager regarding schedules, changes, and any issues that arise during duties.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.
