Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to align project goals and objectives. Develop cost estimates and provide value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets. Oversee the preparation of bid packages and manage the bidding process. Perform risk assessments and offer strategies to mitigate potential project risks. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout the preconstruction phase. Mentor and manage preconstruction staff to ensure professional growth and project success.
