LaSalle Network has partnered with a prominent B2B distributor based in the Northwestern Chicago suburbs, dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to their clients. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior eCommerce Specialist to join their team and help them grow their online presence across various digital platforms.

As a Senior eCommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing their presence on major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes. Additionally, you will develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for their website, leveraging email marketing, social media, SEO and paid search campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversions.

Senior eCommerce Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize product listings on Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve product visibility
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance results
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans for their website, integrating email, social media, SEO and paid search efforts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for email campaigns and social media posts
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels
  • Generate detailed reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and improvements
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management


Senior eCommerce Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on marketplace management and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in managing product listings on Amazon, Home Depot and Lowes
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media strategies
  • Proficiency in eCommerce and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work onsite 2 days a week in the Northwestern Chicago suburbs
