Responsibilities
- Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving and is responsible for providing analysis and project management support.
- Measuring, reporting and interpreting performance of operations.
- Worker helps Identify improvement opportunities, supporting the growth and development of the business.
- Identify, quantify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of improvements.
- Establish and maintain engineered labor standards across the business based on best practices.
- Establish and maintain a performance incentive program based on engineered labor standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Distribution Center or manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in process analysis, optimization, and process improvement.
Master's Degree Overqualified

- Pay rate: $25-$30/hr. depending on experience
