Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored for commercial and industrial markets.
- Engage in business development activities, including prospecting, cold outreach, relationship building, and lead generation.
- Enhance sales process efficiency utilizing NetSuite CRM, meeting KPIs and tracking leads and sales pipelines.
- Draft and present engineering-based proposals for industrial and commercial water treatment solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and oversee follow-up on installation projects.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the water industry.
- Position demands high energy levels, along with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer care and satisfaction.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
Work Schedule: 4.5-day workweek, with early dismissal at 12:00 PM every Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Total earning potential ranges from $75,000 to $160,000 annually, including a base salary, commission, and monthly vehicle allowance.
