In this role, you'll assist our sales professionals, manage orders, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make an impactProvide administrative support to a designated sales client group, offering management assistance and effectively managing workflow. Act as a liaison between corporate departments, maintaining regular communication via phone, fax, or email, while drafting correspondence, developing queries and reports, and creating or updating forms as needed.Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities include: prioritizing/delegating daily and weekly activities to ensure effective management of workload, answering multi-line phone, replying to emails, or taking requests via all means of communication, producing a wide range of reporting, orchestrating meetings, conference rooms, and catering for events, arranging travel and ordering equipment for assigned client group, coordinating projects with all departments as needed to assist management, assisting other departments in preparation for special projects, special orders, specific marketing pieces, and other processes as needed, overseeing miscellaneous projects, and assisting Executives and managers as needed.Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor. Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor. None.Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required.
