We are seeking a full time highly professional and vigilant Concealed Carry Security Agent to serve as an Executive Protection Agent in New York City. This role demands an individual with a strong background in military combat arms or law enforcement, who can seamlessly blend into a sophisticated environment while ensuring the safety and security of high-value assets, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will embody discretion, poise, and exceptional customer service, maintaining strict adherence to protocols in a fast-paced, elite setting. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observational skills and pays close attention to detail. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and have the ability to influence informally across different departments within the teamTrack and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelinesPrepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activitiesProvide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional mannerAttend project meetings upon request to assess the security implications of proposed changesWork independently and adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energyResponsible for client and family safety, as well as safeguarding client assetsProvide safe and secure vehicle transportation to and from designated locations for C-Level executives and their family.Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-siteContact the police or fire department if and when there is an emergencyConducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessmentsOperates motor vehicles in a safe and legal mannerConducts protective advance operationsMaintain up to date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibilityOperate in a low profile, low footprint capacityMaintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearanceFollow Executive Protection Standard Operating Procedures and GuidelinesComply with Surefox Policy and Procedures Licenses and Certifications: Valid New York State concealed carry permit (or ability to obtain one immediately) and a valid New York State Special Armed Guard Registration Card.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to de-escalate situations diplomatically.Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on discretion and client satisfaction in a luxury setting.Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment under pressure.Physical fitness to stand for extended periods, handle potential physical confrontations, and perform light lifting as needed.Proficiency in security technology, such as access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and communication devices.Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
