Senior Manager of Project Management Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the project management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the development of Project/Business Analysts to support their growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio in line with company strategic goals, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Supervise project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational objectives from start to finish.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership for alignment and engagement.
  • Maintain high standards in project delivery to meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and drive improvements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to refine processes.
  • Manage external relationships to support successful project delivery as needed.

Senior Manager of Project Management Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership within the timeshare industry, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous project management experience in the timeshare industry is desirable.
  • Preferably, prior leadership experience in a similar role; however, candidates with advanced education and some practical experience will be considered.
  • We're particularly seeking a highly motivated individual committed to achieving results.

Senior Manager of Project Management Additional Notes:

  • This is a permanent direct hire opening.
  • This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday in Orlando, FL.
  • Salary: $120k annually (based on experience).
