Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire rotogravure printing operation within the company. Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of rotogravure equipment, managing the production schedule, and supervising a team of operators and technicians.

Key Activities

  • 35% Production & Support department Management: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and production targets.
  • 25% Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • 10% Equipment Management: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotogravure printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • 10% Team Leadership and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of rotogravure machine operators and technicians.
  • 10% Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and printing consumables.
  • 10% Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in printing technology, and best practices.


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Dependability - The job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations

Educations & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Must have printing and lean experience. Ideally in the rotogravure area.
