Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage departmental records and perform bookkeeping functions.
- Organize and maintain office systems ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle office communications including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Prepare reports manage schedules and oversee office supply inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage interactions with the public.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g. MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively with the public and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- FullTime Position
- Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
