We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Performance to oversee and expand our performance consulting services. This role is pivotal in building out our service offerings, growing our annual recurring revenue, and ensuring client success in brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance consulting, strategic planning, and most importantly, team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Service Offering Development:
- Develop and expand our performance consulting services.
- Strategize service offerings in-house, through white-label partners, or referrals to external partners.
- Innovate and implement new performance strategies to meet market demands.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive the growth of annual recurring revenue for the performance consulting department.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
Client Success and Strategy:
- Oversee client success, ensuring the growth of their brands.
- Build and implement growth strategies that align with clients' operating needs.
- Integrate Creatably content into clients' marketing pipelines effectively.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance team.
- Hold employees accountable for individual performance and team contributions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in within the marketing or advertising industry, or performance consulting services.
- Strong understanding of performance consulting, strategic planning, and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in performance analysis tools and software.
- Experience and proficiency with high-growth digital strategies and tactics.
