Our client is a Mid-size DC firm with a very highly regarded healthcare practice. They are seeking a senior associate/counsel/partner with health care transactions experience and a modest book of business. Candidates must be based in Washington DC as this is an in-office role.


Overview:

This is a healthcare-centric firm in a beautiful new DC office with a stellar reputation and synergy to build great things collaboratively. This position involves taking over responsibilities from a retiring healthcare transactions/regulatory partner. The incoming hire will inherit some existing work, and the firm expects more healthcare transactions work to come through. Additionally, the candidate should leverage their expertise and contribute to business growth by bringing a modest book of business. The firm is committed to supporting the new hire in expanding their transactions practice, offering an excellent platform to build a practice


Qualifications:

  • Robust health care transactions experience
  • Must possess a modest book of business
  • Must possess a JD and excellent academic credentials
  • Must be licensed to practice in Washington DC
